1. Eliminate as much salt from your diet as you can.
2. Drink plenty of water. 8 glasses per day is recommended
3. Cranberry Juice works great for detox diets - 3 glasses per day. Morning, noon and night
4. No fast foods - I know it's hard to fight the cravings but in order to lose weight we have to have discipline
5. Eat more steamed vegetables
6. Don't eat any pork, eat more fish and baked chicken
7. The best part is: I did not exercise
